  • Vantage, which was acquired in June 2014, comprised 272 PRS residential units, 31,000 sq ft of largely vacant commercial space and a partially completed residential block which offered the ability to add a further 166 units.
  • Our business plan was to transform the scheme into a professionally-managed PRS asset by repositioning the asset.
  • We undertook a refurbishment of all residential units and converted 13,000 sq ft of ground floor commercial space into exclusive tenant amenity space, which includes a gym, cinema room, lounge area, child’s play area and a high-sec shared kitchen. Two shell and core penthouse apartments were converted into 4 individual units and 2 privately-owned units were acquired separately, increasing the total of KWE-owned units to 276.
  • Block K (further 166 units and 15,000 sq ft of commercial) is currently under construction and due for practical completion in Q3 2016.
