- 111 BPR is a 227,000 sq ft Grade A office building in the Victoria sub-market of London’s West End and is home to key tenants such as The Telegraph Media Group, Regus and Scripps Networks Interactive.
- We acquired the asset in November 2014 to take advantage of the strengthening Central London office market with the potential to capture reversions through pro-active asset management. The majority of the building’s rent roll is subject to open market rent review in 2016.
- We are currently undertaking a comprehensive capital expenditure program to transform the reception area and materially enhance the tenant and visitor arrival experience. Completion is expected in the second half of 2016.
- Improvements to Victoria underground station and the ongoing transformation of Victoria’s retail and leisure offer continue to improve the tenant experience and make the area attractive to a wide range of corporate occupiers.
