KWE's property portfolio was valued at £2.91 billion at 30 June 2017, with 207 assets across 11.4m sq ft. It is primarily invested across office and retail in the UK and Ireland, weighted towards London, the South East and Dublin. The portfolio was 94% occupied with a weighted average unexpired lease term (WAULT) of 7.4 years (9.3 years to expiry).
